About this deal

I know it feels like kids only care about presents and stuff at Christmastime, but each year I am reassured that it is the memories made that kids actually remember. One reason I love a North Pole Breakfast is that it gives us an extra opportunity to use our special Christmas plates. For those that love breakfast sandwiches, pop your favourite fillings into bread rolls and arrange as either a flat or if feeling brave a vertical Christmas tree. The second ornament is an ornament that symbolizes something that they were really interested in that year. If the pressure is too much and it becomes stressful and not enjoyable then I agree it’s not worth it.

Lots of people do these alongside the ‘Elf on the Shelf’, using it as a way of welcoming the elf at the beginning of December or saying goodbye to him on Christmas Eve. We always recommend Ashlie's epic Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate and it's certainly worth getting up extra early to prepare. For our Elf Arrival, I chose the Reindeer Games Remix Box, I knew my kids would love the reindeer theme… and to be fair we used the Oh Snap Box for our Gingerbread house decoring day and plan to use the Believe box for our annual trip to the Polar Express.

If your family doesn’t have a sweet tooth, or you just can’t face that much sweet stuff yourself, there are plenty of ways to add something savoury to the display. Living in Lancashire with her husband Phill and their two daughters, Bethany and Dorothy – Rachel has been blogging since 2011 about parenthood, food, craft, travel, wellbeing and vintage style. Includes everything necessary to throw the perfect North Pole Breakfast™: Pin the Tail on the Reindeer Game, stickers, napkins, cups, plates, hats, straws, breakfast toppers, goody bags for eight, table décor and even miniature party items for your elf. Christmas-themed cups and mugs are a must - maybe a new Christmas mug could be an early Christmas present? We recently reviewed the Nadiya’s Bake A Story Delux Set which has a lovely Gingerbread recipe see here. If you’re having a North Pole Breakfast on December 1st, why not lay out a gift from your elf, as a thank you for the meal. If you don’t want a table full of sugary goodies, there are lots of fun healthier-themed Christmas Breakfast treats you can include on your North Pole Breakfast.
