As the name might suggest, oil filled radiators are filled with a special type of oil that works as a heat transfer fluid. Hold your hand above the AENO and you won’t feel much heat at all, but sit in range of its invisible rays (they reach about five feet) and you will feel a nice, toasty warmth like a summer’s day.
